Payment

If you live in Medicine Hat, I will take photos for you at no extra charge or to cover petrol, a minimal charge for outlying Medicine Hat areas. Happy to schedule photo shoot if I am heading to Calgary, petrol charges may be additional.

Prices are in Canadian Dollars, single black/brown archival matte. Mailing costs will be at the expense of the customer and is done with Express Post where the time frame is shorter in transit and can be insured. Shipping is added onto invoice as separate line if required. Usually around $20-$30 in Canada dependent on size requested and delivery location.

A 50% deposit is required prior to starting a portrait. I provide a Square invoice that provides a secure link to pay immediately with Visa or Mastercard (legit email required). I have also added buttons that link to a secure Square payment for the portrait. When I receive the payment I will advise of estimated start of portrait. Payment can also be e-transferred if preferred.

Estimate from start of portrait is approximately 2-4 weeks dependent on order. Rush orders may incur additional fees. However, I don't encourage a rush order as it could affect the final outcome of the portrait.

Orders are based on a waiting list. Please order early to ensure that you get your portrait in time for that special day. Example: Christmas usually starts end of August. The folks that send their deposit and are cleared are next to on the list. This is only fair to all that are interested. However, don't despair; inquire about my gift certificate or pre-portrait card to give while you are waiting for your portrait to be completed. It is very popular and fun too! Because then you can tell your recipient to watch the progress of the portrait on my website if you choose this option.

I guarantee due to my clients responses that you will be overwhelmed with the final portrait. And I strongly inform my clients, for those that I am unable to take pictures of that my finished portrait will be as good as the pictures they send me. I believe my website shows exactly what you get, so there are no surprises. However, if by chance you are not satisfied, I will do my utmost to make any changes (not additions) to rectify the situation. If you still are not pleased and are in receipt of the portrait a refund can be discussed, but I must receive the portrait back in perfect condition at owner's shipping expense. If I am in ownership of portrait a partial refund will be issued and I will keep the portrait. Note: poor photo quality will place a factor in refund. Please do utmost to provide the best detailed photo to get the best portrait. Photos should be at least 1 MB and no more than 8MB. When sending through messenger this app tends to compress the photo and can lead to smaller size and pixilation of the photo. Please don't hesitate to ask me for more information regarding this. I want you to have the best outcome!

Completed portrait images will not be created for product unless agreed by client and/or the photos were taken by me for the portrait reference. Completed portrait images maybe used for promotional purposes only.
